Today we decided to film the scene where Alex talks to Melissa’s friends in order to find out any information about her. We all gathered around my house and began to shoot the film on my corner. This sequence was to involve Alex and two other girls. It uses different camera techniques such as backward tracking, point of view shots and also over shoulder shots. These combined seemed to make the sequence flow nicely and seemed to be easy to put together. We did encounter a problem with the dialogue, due to the day having strong winds. This made it hard to hear the dialogue at points however we decided to edit that out. We then parted from the girls and me Ollie and Harry went into my house to record the phone messages for the opening scene and the end titles.
