I have to write the script for the phone messages that appear in the start of the film. As we have some scenes that do not require any dialogue we are rather limited on the script. The phone messages will start off being normal talking about how Alex hasn’t seen Melissa for a while and then they will start to get progressively more aggressive thereafter. The final message will make Alex seem totally crazy including the line “You know i was only joking right? You know i wouldn’t be mad at you.” This cuts the tension from the previous messages.
